While we currently do not offer covered storage, our open lot ensures your vehicle is stored in a safe and accessible environment.
On-Site Maintenance
On-site maintenance for a mobile home park involves the regular upkeep, repair, and overall management of the park’s infrastructure, utilities, and common areas to ensure a safe and pleasant living environment for residents. Key responsibilities typically include:
- Grounds keeping & Landscaping: Mowing grass, trimming trees, removing debris, and maintaining cleanliness in shared spaces.
- Road & Pathway Upkeep: Filling potholes, maintaining sidewalks, and ensuring safe access for vehicles and pedestrians.
- Home Site Preparation & Repairs: Leveling lots, skirting installation, and assisting with minor resident home repairs when needed.
- Common Area & Facility Maintenance: Cleaning and repairing clubhouses, laundry rooms, playgrounds, and other shared amenities.
